General Terms and Conditions (Applicable to All Tiers)

Contract TermThe initial term for all tiers is 12 months starting from the date the contract is signed.Both parties may terminate the contract with 30 days’ written notice. Any outstanding balances for services rendered up to the termination date must be paid in full.Payment TermsA 50% deposit of the setup fee is required upon signing the contract. The remaining setup fee will be due 7 days before the first monthly subscription payment.Monthly payments are due on the first day of each month. Payments not made within 10 business days will incur a 5% late fee.Neon Sign Design and DeliveryClients will receive the design of the custom Luminex Neon sign within 7 days before the first monthly subscription payment is due.The neon sign will be delivered after the remaining setup fee and the first monthly payment are received.Ownership of ContentAll custom content, including website designs, marketing materials, social media content, and neon signage designs, will become the property of the Client once full payment for services is received.ConfidentialityBoth parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the term of the contract.SupportClients will receive 24/7 support for any technical or marketing-related issues during the contract term.

Tier 1: Starter Package Specific Terms

Services ProvidedThe Starter Package includes website setup, email and SMS marketing, social media setup, and a small custom neon sign design.Clients will receive 5 custom website pages and up to 1,000 SMS messages per month, along with basic email marketing and social media setup (3 platforms).Neon Sign DesignA small custom Luminex Neon sign design will be provided within 7 days before the first monthly payment. Delivery will occur after full payment of the setup fee and the first monthly subscription payment.TerminationIf terminated before the 12-month contract term, the client is responsible for paying any outstanding amounts for the services delivered.

Tier 2: Growth Package Specific Terms

Services ProvidedThe Growth Package includes website management (up to 10 pages), unlimited email campaigns, 5,000 SMS messages per month, and a medium custom neon sign. Social media management for 3 platforms and 5 pieces of custom content (images/videos) per month will also be provided.Neon Sign DesignA medium custom Luminex Neon sign design will be provided 7 days before the first monthly payment, and the sign will be delivered after payment of the setup fee and the first monthly subscription.TerminationClients who terminate early are required to settle any outstanding balances for services delivered up to the termination date.

Tier 3: All-in-One Elite Package Specific Terms

Services ProvidedThe Elite Package includes unlimited website management, unlimited email and SMS marketing, and daily social media management across 5 platforms.Clients receive 10 pieces of custom content (images/videos) per month, a large custom Lumine XNeon sign, and a fully integrated mobile app for customer engagement and payments. Neon Sign Design A large custom Lumine XNeon sign design will be provided 7 days before the first monthly payment. Delivery will occur after the setup fee and the first monthly subscription payment are made.TerminationIn case of early termination, clients will be responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered up until the termination date.

Neon Sign Delivery and Payment Process (Applicable to All Tiers)

Neon Sign Design: Clients will receive a digital version of the custom neon sign design 7 days before the first monthly subscription payment is due.Payment for Neon Sign: The remaining 50% deposit and the first monthly subscription payment must be made before the physical neon sign is delivered to the client. Delivery: Once the full setup fee and first monthly payment are received, the Lumine XNeon sign will be delivered to the client within the standard delivery time, which will be communicated upon order confirmation.
