What is included in the 14-day or 30-day trial?
During the trial, you'll have access to all the features included in your chosen tier, such as website setup, email marketing, social media management, and POS integration. You'll only need to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront. After the trial, if you're satisfied, you'll pay the remaining setup fee plus the first month’s subscription.
Is the setup fee refundable?
No, the setup fee is non-refundable. The 50% deposit covers the cost of initiating the services, such as website creation, POS setup, and custom Luminex Neon signage.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Just contact our support team, and we'll adjust your services and billing accordingly.
How do I make payments?
We accept payments via credit/debit cards through our secure online payment system. You can also pay in person using a POS system if needed. Payments are processed automatically each month or annually, depending on your chosen payment plan.
What happens if I’m not satisfied after the trial period?
If you decide not to continue after the trial, you won’t be charged for the remaining setup fee or the first month’s subscription. However, the 50% deposit you paid upfront is non-refundable.
